Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced changes in its top management on Monday (February 19). The bank has appointed Devang Gheewala as the new Chief Financial Officer i.e. CFO. He will assume the responsibility of this post from April 1, 2024.
Devang Gheewala has been made CFO in place of Jaimin Bhatt. Apart from being the CFO, Jaimin Bhatt is also the President of the group. He will retire on 31 March 2024.
Apart from Devang Gheewala, Milind Nagnoor has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the bank. He will also take charge of this post from April 1, 2024. Milind Nagnoor is currently the Chief Technology Officer of the bank.
Kotak Mahindra Bank said in a stock exchange filing, 'Naganur will continue to be the Chief Technology Officer of the bank and will also handle the bank's operations as well as group technology architecture and cyber security.'
The bank has once again appointed KVS Manian as Joint Managing Director. He will assume the responsibility of this post from March 1, 2024. Maniyan is currently the whole-time director of the bank.
Apart from Manian, the bank has also re-appointed Shanthi Ekambaram as Deputy Managing Director. He will also take charge of this post from March 1. Shanthi Ekambaram is currently the whole-time director of the bank.
