Meanwhile, a former Jet Airways employee has challenged Section 125 of CRPC in the Supreme Court. With this, he has said that he is not able to give alimony to the former wife due to not having a job. Explain that after leaving the wife under section 125, she has to pay alimony.

Actually, the Jet Airways employee told the court, "I am unemployed due to the closure of Jet Airways. Financially, I am facing a new challenge every day. Amidst all this, section 125 of CRPC has become an additional burden for me. "Along with this, the Jet Airways employee has also demanded the repeal of this section in his petition. According to the employee, this section is a violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India. Explain that before the apex court, MS Vishnu Shankar and Shriram P have filed a petition on behalf of the petitioner. According to the information, the petitioner has lodged in the aircraft maintenance but lost the job due to the closure of Jet Airways.
