Mumbai-based electric vehicle manufacturer PMV Electric has launched the country's cheapest electric car EaS-E. The price of this electric car starts from Rs 4.79 lakh. However, this price will remain for the first 10 thousand customers. This e-car belongs to the micro category. According to the company, it will cost 75 paise per km to run it.
A lithium phosphate battery of 10 Kwh capacity has been used in this car, which is capable of generating power of about 20hp. It will take about 4 hours for the battery of this car to be fully charged and this car will give a driving range of 120 to 200 kilometers on a single charge. At the same time, its top speed will be 70 kilometers per hour.
There are 11 color options given in it. Brilliant White, Deep Green, Funky Yellow, Majestic Blue, Passionate Red, Peppy Orange, Pure Black, Royal Beige, Rustic Charco, Sparkle Silver, and Vintage Brown. At the same time, many smart features like regenerative braking, remote parking assist, OTA updates, and smartphone connectivity will be available in this car.
By connecting this car to your smartphone, you will be able to control the air condition (AC), horn, windows, and lights of the car through the remote.
ata Tiago EV: The recently launched Tata Tiago EV is the newest and cheapest electric car in the Indian market. With this, it was launched at an initial price of Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom). Tiago EV is available in 7 variants, whose price goes up to Rs 11.79 lakh. These prices are for the first 10,000 units of the Tata Tiago EV.
It was launched at the end of last month. That's when Tata Motors said that bookings for the EV would start in October. Now its booking is starting from October 10, 2022, i.e. today. The new Tata Tiago EV can be booked for Rs 21,000.
