After the implementation of the New Motor Vehicle Act 2019, heavy penalty is being imposed on those who break traffic rules. In Faridabad, Haryana, a bullet driver's challan of Rs 41000 has been cut. The name of the driver is Jatin Mittal. He neither had a driver license nor RC nor insurance. Apart from this, it also did not pay the road tax. Not only this, they did not even have a pollution test paper.

Lets us tell you that Gurugram Police is very strict about the new Motor Vehicle Act. Several teams of traffic police are challenging the drivers who break the rules in different parts of the city. The invoices which were once in a few hundred rupees have now reached thousands.

Earlier, the police cut a challan of 59 thousand rupees, not five or ten thousand, but a tractor breaking the rules. By the way, the police has already cut an invoice of Rs 32 and a half for an auto.

City traffic police on Tuesday afternoon cut off the challan at New Colony turn. The tractor driver did not have a license, insurance, RC. In Gurugram, a challan of 32 thousand 500 rupees was deducted from an auto driver. Auto challan was cut at Bristol Chowk in Gurugram on Wednesday. The auto driver did not have RC, DL, pollution certificate, insurance.

The new Motor Vehicle Act came into force on 1 September at midnight. After the amendment in the Motor Vehicle Act, there is now a fine of up to 10 times for violating traffic rules.
