BSP to Fight Legal Battle for Release of Wife of Infamous Vikas Dubey’s Nephew

Eager to return to power in the state, the BSP has once again started trying to cross the electoral battle with the help of Brahmins. Before the Brahmin convention to be held in Ayodhya on July 23, party leader and former minister Nakul Dubey announced that the BSP would fight for the release of Khushi Dubey, an accused in the Bikru incident. Khushi is the wife of Amar, nephew of the infamous Vikas Dubey. After the Bikru incident, both were killed in a police encounter.

BSP would fight for the release

Before the Brahmin convention to be held in Ayodhya on July 23, party leader and former minister Nakul Dubey announced that the BSP would fight for the release of Khushi Dubey, an accused in the Bikru incident. Khushi is the wife of Amar, nephew of the infamous Vikas Dubey. After the Bikru incident, both were killed in a police encounter.

BSP General Secretary Satish Mishra will fight Khushi's case

Nakul Dubey, who arrived in Ayodhya to finalize the preparations for the Brahmin conference, said that after the Bikru incident, Khushi was booked under serious sections of the IPC, including murder and criminal conspiracy, after her family submitted an affidavit in a special court in Kanpur Dehat. claimed that he was a minor.

Her advocate had also argued that she was married to Amar just three days before the Bikru incident.  So he has no role in the conspiracy. Even after this, Khushi, who has been in jail since July 8, 2020, has not got bail. He said senior advocate and BSP general secretary Satish Mishra will fight Khushi's case and demand her release.

Khushi Dubey's advocate said –

On the other hand, Khushi Dubey's advocate Shivkant Dixit said, I am not interested in any particular party. Anyone who wants to join us in the fight for Khushi Dubey's release is most welcome. However, no one has contacted me yet. Also said that the Juvenile Justice Board has confirmed that Khushi is a minor. Even after this, he has not got bail.
