Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has introduced a new long-term prepaid plan. The company has priced this plan at Rs 997 and will compete with similar plans of Airtel, Vodafone and Jio. In BSNL Rs 997 prepaid plan, customers will get unlimited voice calling, 3GB data daily and 100 SMS daily for 180 days. This new plan will be effective from November 10, 2019.
Also, let us tell you that it seems that this plan has been made available only for Kerala Circle. For your information, let us know that Kerala is an important circle for BSNL. The company has 10 million subscribers here. Also, PRBT will also be available for two months in this new plan.
This new plan introduced by the government telecom company will compete with the plans of Bharti Airtel, Vodafone Idea and Reliance Jio. Airtel has a plan of Rs 998, while Vodafone Idea and Jio have a recharge plan of Rs 999. At least 90 days validity is offered in these prepaid plans.
Talking about BSNL's new Rs 997 plan in detail, customers will get unlimited voice calls (including Mumbai and Delhi), 3GB data daily, 100SMS daily and PRBT for two months on any network. Let us tell you, the company has set a limit of 250 minutes daily for voice calls. However data will be unlimited. Data will be available in this plan even after 3GB of data, but its speed will be 80 Kbps.
