Ingredients:
Broccoli 2
Potato 2
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Chapati 8
Handful of coriander leaves
salt to taste
A quarter cup of oil
Tomato 1
Red bell pepper half
Yellow bell pepper half
Green bell pepper half
Onion 1
Garam Masala Powder 1 teaspoon
Broccoli Kathi roll making method:
Step 1:
Heat water in a large pan and add salt to it. Meanwhile cut the broccoli and wash it well and when the water boils, add broccoli flowers and boil for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2:
Now turn off the gas and drain water and sieve. Now cut the onion into slices. Also, cut red, yellow, green capsicum into slices and finely chop tomatoes.
Step 3:
Now heat the oil in a separate pan and add cumin seeds. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry well for 3-4 minutes by adding onion. Then add all the dry spices and let all the vegetables cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 4:
Now mash the boiled potatoes and add it with broccoli flower and cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves and turn off the gas. Kathi roll filling is ready.
Step 5:
Now heat the chapatti on the pan and put 2-3 teaspoons of filling on a chapati and roll it tight. Your kathi roll is ready. Serve it with mint sauce.
