Thiruvananthapuram: History was created in Kerala. More than 1500 bakers and chefs have prepared the world's longest cake in Thrissur, Kerala. The 6.5 km long cake was prepared by more than 1500 chefs. It is said that the weight of this vanilla cake is about 27 thousand kg and it was four inches (10 cm) thick and wide.
Cake Bakers company, "Bakers Association Kerala" said that this cake will break China's record. A 3.2 km long fruitcake was made in China in 2018 by Chinese Bakers In Jizhi.
This cake is made by the Bakers Association Kerala (Bake). Bake's secretary Naushad said that Guinness World Records measured the length of the cake and it was about 6500 meters long, but they have not yet given its certificate. We believe it will set a new record in the Guinness Book.
According to the information received, it took four hours to make this cake. Its preparation was done from a long time. Let us tell you that about 12 thousand kg of sugar and flour were used in making the cake. The secretary general of the association, Naushad said that the cake was made on the roadside table and desk and the cake with normal base is covered with vanilla cream. About 4,000 desks were required for this. The cake was about 6500 meters long.
