Total Time: 30 min

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 cup wheat flour

10 tablespoons Ghee

1 ½ cup of refined oil

4 tablespoons semolina

½ cup sugar powder

Milk as required

For decoration:

4 tablespoons chopped dry fruits

How to make churma recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this delicious churma recipe, put semolina in a big bowl with wheat flour. Mix well and add 4 tablespoons of ghee to the mixture and crush the mixture.

 Step 2:

Now add milk to the mixture of wheat and semolina and knead it well. When the dough is kneaded, cover it with a cotton cloth and keep it aside.

 Step 3:

When the dough becomes hard, keep it on a flat surface and divide it into two parts. Give it the shape of a round ball. Take a ball in your hand and press it flat with your palm. Make many similar balls and make them flat.

 Step 4:

Now heat the oil in a deep pan on medium heat. When the oil gets hot enough, add balls of churma and deep fry them.

 Step 5:

When the ball is crispy and its color starts to turn brown, turn off the stove and take out these balls in paper towels so that excess oil comes out. Cool these churma balls at room temperature for 10 minutes.

 Step 6:

Now, put fried balls in a grinder jar.

 Step 7:

Now add churma in a large bowl. Meanwhile, melt the rest of the ghee and pour it over the churma. Add the sugar powder to the churma and mix all the ingredients well. Serve it with dal baati, garnished with dry fruits.
