Workers are coming back

A railway official says that most of the passengers travelling in these trains are migrant labourers. When he is asked why he is leaving the village and going to the city again, everyone has the same answer that the villages have gone to eat. There are fears for the corona in the city, but the stomach fire will be extinguished. So they are willing to take the risk and return.

The sowing of the paddy starts as soon as the monsoon knocks. Right now paddies are being sown in Punjab and Haryana, whereas labourers are not getting it for this. There were also reports that people from Punjab are going to Bihar with special passes and bringing labourers with luxury buses. The same situation is with the industry as almost all the industrial units in Unlock-1 have started functioning in a phased manner. There is also a shortage of workers there. People from the HR department of the factory are calling the workers who have gone to the village and asking them to come back.
