TV actor Gaurav Dixit, arrested in the Bollywood drugs case, has been granted conditional bail by the local court on a surety of Rs 50,000. In its order, the court has said that they cannot go out of the city without permission. Gaurav will have to report to the NCB office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday till the charge-sheet is filed in the case. Earlier, NCB had raided Mulund, Kharghar, Vasai, Virar, Bandra, and Andheri areas of Mumbai on the behest of Gaurav.
Let us tell you that NCB's action against drugs is going on in Mumbai. So far, the central agency has arrested many well-known names in the drugs case and has interrogated many Bollywood stars. In this episode, NCB arrested TV actor Gaurav Dixit in August in connection with the drugs case. Gaurav's name had cropped up during the interrogation of actor Ejaz Khan and some others who were arrested by the NCB.
NCB was tracking Gaurav Dixit for the past few months. After which Dixit's house in the Andheri area of Mumbai was searched and drugs were confiscated. After this Gaurav was arrested. It has been told that during the raid at Gaurav's house. NCB officials had recovered MD and Charas after which he was arrested.
Actor Gaurav Dixit, who has been named in the drugs case, is a resident of Bhopal and he has done BE from Power Electronics. After doing engineering, instead of doing a job, Gaurav chose the path of Mayanagari. In 2006-2007, he worked in TV's popular serial 'Mohalla Mohabbat Wala'. Gaurav also acted in the films 'Fun Can Be Dangerous', 'Bobby Love and Lust', 'Diary of Butterfly', 'The Magic of Cinema', 'Bullet Raja', and the film 'Happy Bhag Jayegi'. Gaurav also acted in the serial 'Sita Aur Geeta' and his character of 'Raka' in the show became very popular.
