Home Minister Amit Shah today presented the resolution for the removal of Article 370 and the reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir in the Rajya Sabha. It has been approved by the President. In such a situation, the Modi government has removed Article 370 and 35 A from Jammu and Kashmir, declaring historical judgment.
