BJP National Vice President and Rajya Sabha MP Om Mathur has written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah on the issue of migrant laborers. In the letter, Om Mathur has said that due to the policy opposition of the state governments, migrant laborers are being forced to walk hundreds of km. In such a situation, the central government should make arrangements to bring the migrant laborers home using the funds of Rs 1000 crore so that the workers do not have to pay the price of conflict.
Earlier, BJP’s national vice president had said that for the first time in 70 years, MMME has been given such a huge relief which is a big contribution to their emergence. Many such decisions have been made in it which will directly benefit small and medium scale businessmen and entrepreneurs.
Significantly, on May 14, the Modi government announced the second part of the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ package. In this package, a total of 9 steps have been announced for migrant laborers, poor street vendors, small shopkeepers and small farmers. In which provision has been made from free ration to cheap loan.
