To perform the Sarvagasana, lie straight on the back on the ground. After that, raise your legs together and slowly raise them upwards. Now support the elbows on the ground by holding the waist with both hands. Keep in mind that the part of the legs above the waist should be straight. After this, keep the head on the ground. In this state you stay for about one minute. By practicing slowly, you can increase the time to do this asana according to yourself.

Shirshashana
To perform the Shirshasana, first of all sit on the ground in the state of Vajrasana. Now bend your waist forward and then keep the elbows of both your hands on the ground. Now join the fingers of your two hands together. After this, try to place your head slowly between the two palms. Now when your head is resting on the ground, slowly drop the entire weight of your body on the head and lift your body upwards. Now take the full weight of your body on the head and straighten the body.
