A case has been registered against the SP-BSP supremo Mohammad Azam Khan and BSP leader Radheshyam Rahi, for making objectionable comments against three people. Which is considered a violation of the code of conduct?

The most violation of the code of conduct in the Lok Sabha elections in the district has been against SP-BSP candidate Mohammed Azam Khan. So far, 14 cases have been registered against Azam Khan. Two days ago Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Shobha Yatra was taken out in Saifee town, where Mohammad Azam Khan, the candidate of the SP-BSP combine, was called as the Chief Guest.

It is alleged that after joining the Shobhayatra, Azam Khan made an objectionable remark about the District Magistrate in his address. At the same time, BSP leader Radheshyam Rahi was also accused of using objectionable words during the speech. The violation of the code of conduct was also considered during this period. On the basis of Tahrir, reports of Section 125 of the Section Public Representation Act, Section 341, 505 (2), 171 (h) of IPC have been registered against Mohammed Azam Khan, Radheshyam Rahi and JP Singh.

Before this, Azam Khan has made a controversial statement on BJP minister Jaya Prada, while Azam Khan's son is not following in the controversial rhetoric, he had told Jaya Prada to Anarkali.
