Arvind Kejriwal has not invited any big leaders from other states, but he has invited PM Modi to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Earlier on Wednesday, in a meeting of MLAs, he was elected as the leader of the legislative party.

 Aam Aadmi Party leader Arvind Kejriwal will take oath as the Chief Minister of Delhi for the third time on February 16 at Ramlila Maidan. Kejriwal has not invited any big leaders from other states, but he has invited PM Modi to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Earlier on Wednesday, in a meeting of MLAs, he was elected as the leader of the legislative party. The oath-taking ceremony will be held at Ramlila Maidan from 10 am. This will be the third time when the Delhi government cabinet will take oath at Ramlila Maidan. The first time, Kejriwal was sworn in on 28 December 2013, the second time on 14 February 2015.

Arvind Kejriwal filed a claim with the Lieutenant Governor on Wednesday evening to form the new government. Earlier in the morning, Kejriwal met Lt. Governor Anil Baijal. All the old ministers will take oath along with Kejriwal. Manish Sisodia, Satyendar Jain, Gopal Rai, Kailash Gehlot, Imran Hussain, and Rajendra Pal Gautam were ministers in the previous government. The departments between ministers will be divided after the swearing-in ceremony.

The Aam Aadmi Party has invited two crore people of Delhi for the swearing-in ceremony to be held on 16 February at Ramlila Maidan. Senior AAP leader Manish Sisodia held a press conference at the party headquarters and informed about the decisions taken in the meeting of the legislature party. Under the Delhi Assembly Election 2020, all the 70 seats of the state were voted on 8 February. After this, the Aam Aadmi Party won 62 seats while the Bharatiya Janata Party won 8 seats. Earlier in the Delhi assembly elections 2015, AAP won 67 out of 70 seats.
