According to the woman who made the complaint, she was raped on 15 July 2021. She says, "I was gang-raped on July 15. I was given a cold drink mixed with intoxicants. When I fainted, Meenakshi's son Aniket and his relative Ajay Chauhan raped me alternately."

Woman was threatened

She told, "When I came to my senses, one of the accused was forcing me. When I protested, he threatened me with a pistol. When I complained about this to Meenakshi Chauhan, she said that a hundred cows were donated and threatened to keep my mouth shut and the next day on July 16, I was thrown out of my house.

Regarding the reason for the 12-day delay in the police complaint of gang rape, the woman said that she was terrified of threats from the accused.
