Where in the rest of the country is thinking whether to help the army in the war for Corona or not? In such a situation, the army has taken this task on its own in the far-flung areas of Kashmir. In North Kashmir, the LOC-army with Pakistan has taken a front against Corona. Also, more and more people have taken up the responsibility of applying the vaccine before Eid.

In the third phase of corona vaccination, the work of giving vaccines to people between 18-44 years has started, but registration has been made mandatory for this. Most areas along the border in Jammu and Kashmir do not have mobile services and where there are mobile services, there is no Internet.

Therefore, the Army has taken the initiative to start special Covid-19 Vaccination Registration Camps in the border areas of Kupwara where people are being given the facility to register and get vaccinated.

The vaccination camp will run from May 5 to May 19

Abdul Jabbar, a resident of Belarus, says that after the lockdown in Kashmir, laborers from Srinagar or Jammu have started returning. Also, a large number of people will come back on the occasion of Eid in the coming days.

Due to this, the cases of corona in our areas are likely to increase further. For which the Army Vaccination Camp will prove to be helpful. "This camp will be run for two weeks between May 5 and May 19 and there will be an effort to provide vaccine to as many people as possible in border areas.

In this work, the Army has joined hands with the Health Department of the state. The army says that due to security reasons, there are no mobile or internet services in the border areas but the army has started this special program so that it does not become an obstacle in the vaccine for all people.

In the first phase of the program, in Kapur, Karnah, and Machil of Kupwara, the first phase was done for spot vaccinations for people above 45 years and for registration and vaccination booking for people aged 18-44 years.

Health workers say that people have a lot of misconceptions about the vaccine in these far-flung areas, due to which very few people have got vaccinated even four months after the vaccination started.

According to Bashir Ahmed, a health department employee at the camp, "For the people here, the army is another name for trust. If the army supports us in the work of vaccination, then in 15 days we managed to get 100 percent of the people vaccinated in the entire border village. Will be done "

The result of this was that 80 people were vaccinated in a camp in Belarus in the first-day camp and 15 people were registered for vaccination. In the coming days, Army soldiers will go to around 300 small villages in the border area and organize a camp and contribute to this war.

The second wave of corona in Jammu and Kashmir is failing fast and on Tuesday, the corona infection figures crossed the 4650 marks. This is the highest ever data of positive cases in one day in Jammu and Kashmir and it is a matter of concern that now even small towns and villages are getting hit by it.
