Apple Milkshake: Try this Refreshing Milk Shake Recipe

Just as Apple is beneficial for our body, similarly apple milkshake also gives us a lot of benefits. To keep yourself healthy and fit during summertime, drink apple milkshake, you will get a lot of benefits from this and you will also get something new and tasty to drink.

Ingredients:

2 apples

2 cups milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tsp sugar

  1. To make apple milkshake, first take fresh apples and clean them thoroughly. Now peel the apple and cut it into pieces.
  2. Now put the apple pieces in the mixer along with the sugar and grind it into a paste.
  3. After doing so, with the help of bladder, add milk and vanilla essence to this paste and blade it well. The whole mixture will mix well. And the blade will also bring foam in it.
  4. Your apple milkshake is ready, pour it in a glass, pour cinnamon powder and ice cubes and serve the cooled apple milkshake.
