According to the news, when the number of protesters was high when the road was blocked at Kendujhar Gandhi Chowk, these protesters shouted anti-national slogans along with anti-Pakistan slogans. When the local people opposed it, these protesters also tried to attack them. After receiving this news from nearby people, a large number of people of the city came on the road and started shouting slogans of Bharat Mata ki Jai, Hindustan Zindabad, protesting Bharat Bandh. This created an atmosphere of excitement there and the situation became completely tense. Two protesters shouting anti-national slogans were caught by the people of the city and handed over to the police. Police have detained more than 30 protesters in the wake of the agitation. The administration has requested the people of the city to maintain peace.
Local BJP leader Dr. Murali Manohar Sharma has demanded from the government and administration to take strict action against the protesters shouting anti-national slogans. He has said that by raising slogans supported by Pakistan, it is clear that what is the intention of these people. Nowhere in the CAA is it said to take citizenship of anyone.
