It further said, "Is there no mercy in Mamata Banerjee (Chief Minister)? It is the darkest phase in Bengal's history."

Anandpal's elder brother Govind Pal said that his brother was first the TMC worker, later he had come to BJP. Although Trinamool Congress is calling the deceased its party worker. On Tuesday morning, the body of Anandpal has recovered from a pond three kilometers away from his house.
