The thriller drama "Andhadhun", starring Tabu, Ayushmann Khurrana, Radhika Apte and Anil Dhawan as central characters,  revolves around the story of a pianist whose blindness is a mystery as no one is sure of the fact if he is blind or not. The movie turned out to be a huge success in India and was loved by, both, the critics and the audience.

However, the success rate of the movie is not only confined to the boundaries of our country, as it continues to do a record-breaking business in the neighboring country of China.  The movie was Produced by Viacom18 Motion Pictures and Matchbox Pictures and directed by Sriram Raghavan, who is known for his dark films such as "Ek Hasina Thi" and "Badlapur". was released in China as 'The Piano Guy'

Commenting on this, Ajit Andhare, Chief Operating Officer, Viacom18 Motion Pictures said, stated that Andhadun has now become the third highest Hindi language film after  Dangal and Secret Superstar.

Ayushmann Khurana on being asked about his feeling seeing the overwhelming response by a foreign country stated that he felt grateful feels both "overwhelmed" and "humbled" as the film has earned 300 crore rupees in a foreign country.  However, he passes on the credit to the director of the movie, Sriram Raghavan for his unique vision and for a redefining thriller in the country.

'Andhadhun' is making India proud and I'm delighted to contribute to this huge cinematic moment for India. It feels great to be appreciated for your hard work not just in India but also in China. They have really showered a lot of appreciation for my craft and I just can't thank them enough. I wish I get the chance to travel to China soon and meet as many people as possible and just say thank you," the actor said in a statement.

China has been extremely helpful for the business of Hindi movies as it has emerged as a huge market for Bollywood movies.
