Ananya Pandey made her Bollywood debut with the film 'Student of the Year 2'. The film, produced under the production of Karan Johar, was praised by Ananya's performance and many people considered it as a dream debut for Ananya. Although Ananya gave auditions even before this film, she gave her first audition for the film 'Aladdin'.
Ananya was asked if she remembered her first audition. Talking on this, Ananya said, 'I remember when Aladdin came to India, many people gave auditions for this film. I remember that we had to record a video on our phone and I wore a red dress at that time. I had to say the dialogues of Jasmine. My scene was very good.
She further said, 'But then they told me that I have to sing and I get very nervous about singing. I was thinking that if someone else would sing on my place but obviously it was not possible. I was rejected because of it. But despite this, I have not given up on audition. I have given an audition for a film last week too.
Talking about the work front, Ananya is in discussion about her two films. She will be seen opposite Ishaan Khattar in the film 'Khali Peeli'. Apart from this, she is also in discussion about Shakun Batra's film. In this film, stars like Siddhant Chaturvedi and Deepika Padukone will be seen with her. Apart from this, she is also in discussion with South Star Vijay Devarakonda about a film.
