The Supreme Court ordered the cancellation of RRA registration of Amrapali Group giving great relief to 42 thousand home buyers on Tuesday. Actually, in the year 2018, the Supreme Court-appointed two auditors for auditing of Amrapali Group. This report has been submitted to the Supreme Court. It has been said in this report that the Amrapali Group has put the money of homebuyers in companies of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. These companies run by Dhoni and his wife, all together.
From the audit report, cricketer Dhoni and his wife's companies are besieging. The Supreme Court says that the money which is illegally sent to the company of Dhoni and the witness company should be withdrawn. The court is clear that the agreement between the two is not legally valid. In addition, the court said that National Building Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) will complete the incomplete projects of Amrapali.
According to the report submitted in the SC, the Amrapali Group had signed an agreement with RTI Sports Management Private Limited and Amrapali Mahi Developers Pvt Ltd. The Supreme Court says that Rs 42.22 crore was given to RTI Sports Management Private Limited between 2009 and 2015 by the companies of Amrapali Group. Of this, Rs 6.52 crore was paid by Amrapali Saphar Developers Limited.
