- Now wash the pulses with clean water the next day, after that grind both the pulses thoroughly and prepare a paste. Make sure that the quantity of water is not high during grinding.
- After doing this, beat the lentil paste well and add salt, ginger, green chilli and mix well and whisk it. Keep in mind that the more you make this paste, the more delicious and soft your vadas will become.
- Now take the mixture made in your hand to make the shape of a vada, round it with the help of a palm, now make a hole in it with a finger.
- Take a pan and put oil in it to heat it on the gas. Now put 2-3 vadas together in the pan and fry them. When the color of the vado from one side turns brown then only fry from the other side.
- Fry all the vadas in this way and then take them out in a plate and your delicious and wonderful vadas are ready and serve them with sambhar and chutney.
