Notification for JEE Main 2023 Session to be Released by Next Week, Check at jeemain.nta.nic.in

JEE Main 2023 Session: Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) formerly known as All India Engineering Entrance Examination, is an Indian standardized computer-based examination that takes place every year to select the best candidates for one of the best colleges in India.

National Testing Agency (NTA) is likely to upload the notification by the next week on the official website of jeemain.nta.nic.in or the nta.ac.in.

As per the information, the JEE 2023 will be conducted in two phases, one in mid-January, and the second in April 2023.

The exam will be conducted in two shifts- the first shift of exam will be held from 9 AM to mid-noon, while the second shift will take place from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Apart from that, exams for the B.Arch and B.Planning (Both) will be conducted from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM.

JEE Main 2023 Session: Important Guideline by NTA 

The NTA has requested the applying students for the JEE Main examination of 2023 to download the "Sandes App" from the App Store or Google Play Store to get regular notifications related to the exams.

'Sandes app' can be downloaded and installed on mobile phones as follows-

  1. Visit the Google Play Store on your mobile devices.

  2. Search "Sandes app" in the search bar.

  3. Click the Install button and get the app on your mobile devices.

It may also be noted that the Common University Entrance Test-UG (CUET-UG) and National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) are likely to commence in February and March respectively.

CUET-UG is expected to be conducted in the third week of April, while NEET-UG will be conducted on the first Sunday of May.

Last year's data of the registration for the above examinations were a record-breaking one as the NEET-UG was registered with 18 Lakhs students, CUET-UG was registered with 15 Lakhs, and at the last JEE Main was registered with 9.5 Lakhs of students.
