A record 1260 more deaths have occurred due to Corona virus infection in the US, taking the total figure of the dead to 95921, this is reported in Johns Hopkins University report. US President Donald Trump recently said that the US national flag would remain half-tilted for the next three days in mourning after the Corona virus epidemic killed more than 95,000 people in the country.
Trump tweeted earlier on Thursday, "I am ordering the flag to be half-tilted for three days on all federal buildings and national monuments in memory of Americans who lost their lives due to the Corona virus." Flags will be half bow down till the commemoration day is celebrated in memory of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country. It is noteworthy that Democratic leaders had requested that Mourning Day be conducted after the death of one lakh people due to this infection.
