There are 24 thousand registrations done for the Academic Sections 2019-20 in Ambedkar University Delhi, and there are five days left. So far, more than 13 thousand applications have been received for 541 seats of undergraduate courses, while 17,000 students have registered for the same. In addition, about 5100 applications have come for PG, MPhil-PhD. Apart from this, after getting the order from the government, the university has decided to implement the Economical Weaker Section quota (EWS), under which 10% of seats will be increased.

Officials of EWS University have an idea that the cutoff will be higher this year than last year. Dean of Ambedkar University Santosh Singh says the cutoff will go up as the number of scorers of 12th class is very high. Additionally, the applications are also increasing for eco-honors, English honors, psychology, and sociology honors. Once the form is submitted, it will be decided how many cutoffs will be increased. The first cutoff will come on July 9. However, Dean says that implementation of the EWS quota has been finalized so the seats will increase. The decision was not taken before the registration started, so now after 24th June, students will be able to apply for this quota by bringing EWS certificate, who have filled the form.

Psychology, English, Echo Hit University is getting the most applications for its hit program every year. BA Honors Psychology is included in this, for which last year's first cutoff list was 98.75% for students outside Delhi. 85% of the seats in the university are reserved for them, who have passed their class 12 from Delhi, the remaining 15% seats are for the outside candidates. The University releases separate cutoffs for students outside of Delhi and Delhi. There was a difference of 4 to 14% for both categories last year, outdoors students had more cutoffs. There have been enough applications for English, Eco and Psychology Honors this year, their cutoff was between 93 and 98.25% last year.

This university famous for its social science program runs from three campuses UG + Vocational from two campus- Main Campus Kashmiri Gate, Karampura and Lodi Road. There are 7 programs in Kashmiri Gate campus – BA Hons in Economics, English, History, Mathematics, Psychology, Sociology, and Social Science and Humanities. Three B Vocational – Tourism and Hospitality, Retail Management, Early Childhood Center Management, and Entrepreneurship are taught at the Karmpura campus. Four BA programs – Global Studies, Law and Politics, Sustainable Urbanism, Social Sciences and Humanities are also on the campus list. There are 541 seats in the three campuses, although, after the implementation of EWS quota, 10% seats (54-55 seats) will be increased.

PG course Kashmiri Gate (13 programs), Karampura (3 programs) and Lodi campus (2 programs) run. PG has 618 seats for 18 programs, of which 10% EWS quota will increase. MPhil-PhD is at Kashmiri Gate Campus and Lodi Road Campus. The last date for applying for UG, PG program is June 24, while for MPhil-PhD the registration for the last date is July 8. This time the new program Ph.D. Education Studies is being started from Lodi campus. Ambedkar University is Delhi's favorite University of girls, it has 67% of girls.
