Amazon Plans a Special Plan for Food Delivery, Challenge for Swiggy, Zomato

After the exit of 'Uber' from the Indian food delivery business, a new player is going to replace it. An e-commerce company selling grocery goods has prepared to knock in India. It is believed that it will compete directly with Swiggy and Zomato. Amazon had already indicated that food delivery would enter the business for some time.

E-commerce company Amazon has decided to enter the food business as planned. As a trial, he has started service in a few areas of Bangalore. From next month, the company will start providing foodservice door-to-door to customers. This service of Amazon will be on 'Amazon Prime Now' and 'Amazon Fresh Platform'. The special thing is that Amazon is going to enter the food delivery business at a time when Swiggy and Zomato are struggling to save. Both companies are trying to reduce their expenses by reducing the discount given to customers. But experts say that Amazon has entered the food delivery business under a big scheme.

The company is already present in the business of grocery, electronics to household goods. It also has the ability to reach a large number of customers. Therefore, it will not have difficulty in delivering service to customers at a fast speed. Maybe the company gives too much discount to the customers to attract them which will give momentum to his business.

But before this, the market says something else. To save, Swiggy and Zomato have already reduced the discounts given to customers. Swiggy, while expanding its food business, is associating itself with 'cloud kitchen', while Zomato is working on 'Project Kisan'. In such a situation, after entry into the food market, Amazon may have trouble in the fad business.
