Almonds, walnuts, and flax seeds were combined to make this excellent milkshake which is very nutritious. This is a great drink to have before a workout. By drinking this, you will get instant energy.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons almonds

1 tbsp walnuts

1 tsp flax seeds

1 tsp honey

2-4 saffron

250 ml (ml) milk

1. Grind the almonds, walnuts and flax seeds together.

2. Now, mix almonds, flax seeds, cold milk, honey and saffron in a blender.

3. Serve it cool.
