2 tablespoons almonds
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tsp flax seeds
1 tsp honey
250 ml (ml) milk
How to make almond saffron milkshake:
1. Grind the almonds, walnuts and flax seeds together.
2. Now, mix almonds, flax seeds, cold milk, honey and saffron in a blender.
3. Serve it cool.
