BJP corporator Rajendra Tyagi complained about the matter. After this, the allocation of 10,841 yards of IMT Ghaziabad land was canceled.
Complainant Rajendra Tyagi said, "The land on which the IMT is made in Ghaziabad is not of any IMT, I have complained to the Chief Minister and the governor of UP in this matter. It has more than the land allotted to him Illegally occupied. "
BJP councilor said that IMT has occupied about 10,841 square yards of land. Ghaziabad Development Authority canceled the allocation on their complaint. He said that on the complaint of Governor Ram Naik, he has written a letter to the Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath seeking the investigation of the matter with the CBI.
He said that taking the cognizance of the Governor's instructions, Chaudhary Charan Singh University Meerut constituted 4 member inquiry committee. The committee will examine how the IMT was occupied on the land on which Lajpat Rai Degree College was to be Sahibabad.
At the same time, the IMT said it was allocated by UPSIDC in the year 1973. Please tell that this prestigious institution was established in the year 1970 by Mahendranath, the father of Kamal Nath. Ranking of IMT in Private Business Institutions is second in the country. Kamal Nath's younger son, Bakulnath is the President of the Governing Council of this institute.
It was closed last week after serious charges. The Kamal Nath family had accused Yogi's government about it for harassment. At the moment, the hostel for the Institute of Managing and Technolgy has been built on this land. The land is being said to belong to Chaudhary Charan Singh University of Meerut of the State Government.
