All lines start, No water-logging reported in Mumbai

Central Railway Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) said, due to rain, the affected railway services have resumed in the city on Tuesday, in which all three lines, including up, down and middle are in progress.

Central Railway CPRO said, "There is no waterlogging on the railway tracks, 13 mm rains have been recorded in Mulund segment from Kurla during the last one hour, now all three lines have been started."

In many parts of Mumbai there was heavy rains, the operation of the flight was also affected on the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport on Monday morning.

Earlier this week, in order to remove the crowd during the extreme weather conditions, Central Railway had arranged eight special trains from Mumbai's Dombivli and Thane railway stations.
