Amidst the allopathy controversy, Baba Ramdev has shared two videos of Akshay Kumar. Among them, Akshay has said many things in favor of Ayurveda.
Actor Akshay Kumar has now entered the Allopathy vs Ayurveda controversy. Of course, it is not straightforward, but in that case, he too has become a party. Actually, Baba Ramdev has shared two videos of the actor in support of his point. In this, Akshay has openly supported Ayurveda. He has said that in traditional Indian medicine, there is no merge of the body which is untreated.
Baba Ramdev and allopathic doctors continue to struggle. Meanwhile, the yoga guru tweeted on Monday, sharing two videos of Akshay Kumar. Quoting Akshay, he wrote, 'You should be your own brand ambassador of your body, live a simple and healthy life, and show the world that the strength in our Hindustani Yoga and Ayurveda is not in the chemical injections of any Englishman- Akshay Kumar . '
In the video, Akshay Kumar said that there is no disease in the body that cannot be treated in our traditional Indian system of medicine. There is a Ministry of AYUSH in the country which promotes alternative treatment regime. Our methods of treatment are not only natural but also scientific in years old. There is firm logic behind every treatment. But, it is dark under the lamp. Best treatment is in the country, but we go out to find it.
Akshay said that recently he spent a few days in an Ayurvedic ashram. He was the only Hindustani in this ashram. The rest were foreigners. When foreigners can be fine in our country, why can't we? He also appealed to the people not to think that he was saying these things as a brand ambassador of an Ayurvedic center. He said, 'I am saying these things by being the brand ambassador of my own body'.
He appealed to the people to become their own body brand ambassadors. Live simple and healthy life. Show the world that the strength in our Hindustani Yoga and Ayurveda is nowhere. Akshay Kumar said that when we Indians will understand the value of our things. Foreigners are coming here and getting treatment. We are running after them. 'I have no problem with allopathic treatment and medicines. They are very good at their place. But, why have we forgotten our traditional methods of treatment. '
Ramdev had in the past called allopathy a 'silly science'. One of his videos went viral about this. After this, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) was infuriated by him. He demanded action against Ramdev. Union Health Minister Harshvardhan also asked Ramdev to withdraw his statement.
Amidst the controversy, he recently shared an old video of actor Aamir Khan's TV show 'Satyamev Jayate'. It shows Dr. Samit Sharma explaining the price and difference between generic and branded medicines. Ramdev challenged the medical mafia while posting the video clip. He said that if you have the courage then open the front against Aamir Khan.
