Devendra Fadnavis is scheduled to talk to the media at 3:30 pm. It is believed that he will announce his resignation during the press conference. He will also inform the media about the next strategy. It is known that shortly before Ajit Pawar's resignation, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and BJP Working President JP Nadda had an important meeting on Maharashtra.

Justice NV Ramana, while giving judgment on the petition of Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP against the formation of BJP-led government in the state, said, 'A floor test should be conducted before 5 pm on November 27'. The apex court also ordered a live test of the floor test. A three-judge bench headed by Justice Ramna passed the order on Saturday on a joint petition by the three parties challenging Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari's decision to administer oath of Chief Minister and NCP to Ajit Pawar as Deputy Chief Minister. .

It was said that the oath was administered at a time when the discussions between the three parties (Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP) regarding the formation of the government had reached the final stage. The trio sought directions to conduct an immediate majority test in the instant petition. Explain that the floor test is a constitutional mechanism under which a chief minister can be asked to prove majority in the state assembly. During the proceedings yesterday, the Governor's office and all parties also agreed to the plore test.
