According to the report of news agency ANI, Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra has reached the Ministry of Home Affairs along with Teni colleague Nityanand Rai. At the same time, journalists asked questions about resigning during this period. But the Union Minister did not give any answer on this.

The opposition parties are continuously demanding the resignation of the Union Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra including Congress. The opposition alleges that if Teni remains a minister, the investigation may get affected. Priyanka Gandhi had issued an audio message saying that till the resignation of the minister, the struggle will continue.

Mishra's first meeting after a murder case was registered against his son

According to the sources, Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra met Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday. However, this is the first meeting of Mishra with Home Minister Amit Shah after a murder case was registered against his son for allegedly crushing four farmers in Uttar Pradesh's Lakhimpur Kheri. Sources said that Mishra came to his office located in North Block and stayed there for about half an hour.

Afterward, he went to Shah's residence, where he stayed for about half an hour. Mishra is believed to have informed the Home Minister Amit Shah about the incident on Sunday in his home district of Lakhimpur Kheri in Uttar Pradesh. Police have registered a case of murder against Ajay Kumar Mishra's son Ashish Mishra and seven others over the death of farmers in Sunday's incident.
