The circles in which Airtel's Rs 65 prepaid recharge plan is now being given double talk time – Assam, Bihar and Jharkhand, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, North East, Orissa, Rajasthan , East UP, West UP, Uttarakhand and West Bengal.

In Andhra Pradesh and circles like Telangana, Kolkata, Delhi-NCR, Chennai and Mumbai, this plan is still available with old benefits. In the circles mentioned above, 65 rupees plan is being made available with 130 rupees talk time and 200MB 4G / 3G / 2G data. In addition, customers will have to pay 60 paise per minute for voice calls. The validity of this plan has been kept for 28 days.
The circles where double talk time benefits are not being provided by Airtel. There the company is giving 55 rupees talk time, 200MB data and voice calls at the rate of 60 paise per minute.
