Indian telecom company Airtel has once again launched the #AirtelThanks Customer Program. Airtel rewards its customers under this program. Under this program, there will be three tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Everyone will have different advantages.
Under Airtel thanks, the company will offer its customers with offers to the customers. That means if you are using Airtel you can get subscriptions like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Zee5 and Wynk Music.
According to Airtel, there will be customized offers for every customer. Under Airtel thanks, customers will receive device security and VIP greetings from Surprise Offers.
Silver Tier is for basic content service. Under this, customers will get Airtel TV, Wynk subscriptions. Customers with Gold will get access to add on telecom benefits and premium content. Customers with Platinum will get VIP service from Airtel. It will get priority contents in premium contents, e-books, device protection, and sales.
Airtel has given Airtel thanks to rename the App and the company has said that User Uses Data Science and Segmentation Algorithms to Customize Experience and it is based on the interest and profile of customers.
Bharti Airtel's Chief Product Officer, Adarsh Nair, has said, "AirtelThanks has been developed in conjunction with Deep Technologies and several Partnerships. In the new incarnation, they will get a better experience according to the needs of these customers. We are investing in data science, machine learning, and smart APIs so that we can create such experiments with the digital-first brand like Amazon."
Airtel prepaid users are also giving membership in Amazon Prime. Under Airtel Thanks, the company has also got new offers for its prepaid users. A plan of Rs 299 has been introduced; whose validity is 28 days. Under this, Amazon's free subscription will be available and every day will also get 2.5GB data. There are unlimited calls and 100 SMS are given for every day. Amazon Prime Music will also get free.
