Grants up to 2 crores under Agro-Processing

So we are giving grants up to 2 crores under Agro Processing and Export Policy. In this, a grant of 1 crore is being given for setting up food processing units and 1 crore for export units. If a farmer sets up a processing unit, he gets a grant of 2 crores. So far, a grant of Rs 132 crore has been given under this scheme. To take advantage of this scheme, farmers have to come forward.

A separate agriculture budget will be made from next year

Gradually, all the state governments will present a separate agriculture budget. So we have decided to form a separate power company for farmers' electricity.
