Bollywood's legendary actor Irrfan Khan has passed away on Wednesday. He was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai due to colon infection. Irrfan was accompanied by his wife, both sons Babil and Ayan, at the last moment. After the husband's death, Sutapa has written a note for him. Sutapa has changed her profile photo on Facebook and posted a photo with Irrfan. In this photo, she is hugging Irrfan.
While sharing the photo, Sutapa wrote – I have not lost, I have gained in every way. Many people have commented on this post of Sutapa. One user wrote – You are strong. love. The other wrote – Salute to you.
Let us tell you that Irrfan Khan and Sutapa Sikdar met at the National School of Drama in Delhi during their college days. Where the two fell in love with each other and got married in 1995.
Irrfan Khan's son Babil also thanked those who expressed condolences after the father's death. He shared an emotional post on social media. Babil wrote- "I am wholeheartedly grateful for all the condolences you dear people are sending me. However, I hope you will understand that right now I am not able to reply because I cannot say in words what I am feeling".
National Award winner Irrfan Khan was a great actor. He succumbed to neuroendocrine tumors in 2018. After finding out about the disease, he moved to New York for treatment. He returned to Mumbai after undergoing treatment for almost a year. Irrfan was last seen in the film 'Angrezi Medium'. The film was released on 13 March.
