Till now only the voices of a few selected stars like Kangana Ranaut were heard, now the veteran actors of Bollywood have also come forward and started giving their views on nepotism. Nawab of Bollywood Saif Ali Khan has given a shocking statement on nepotism.
Actor Saif Ali Khan has been active in Bollywood for a long time and his family gets to see excellent contacts with this industry. Despite all this, according to Saif Ali Khan, he himself is a victim of nepotism. The impact of nepotism has also been seen on his career. Saif has told these shocking things in a webinar. Saif said – 'I have also been a victim of nepotism. But no one is interested in it. Business goes on like this. I will not take the names now, but many times it used to happen that someone's father used to call and says that don't take him in this movie. All this happens and has happened to me as well'.
However, Saif himself is not happy with this nepotism culture. He said- 'giving more opportunities to a particular class and not to talented people is not right. The worst in nepotism is that many times they are taken apart from capable and excellent artists who are not very talented. Now I do not have any answer for this. But it happens'.
Saif has also given his views on the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. According to Saif, Sushant himself believed that there is nepotism in the industry. Saif said – 'This struggle continues in the industry. Every human beings should always get equal opportunities. At the same time, Saif has expressed happiness that many outsiders have created a different place in Bollywood on their own. He are very happy to see the success of Pankaj Tripathi and Nawaz.'
Talking about the work front, Saif will also be seen in cameo role in Sushant Singh Rajput's last film 'Dil Bechara'. Sanjana Sanghi has been cast in the film opposite Sushant. The film is being released on July 24 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
