Aamir Mohammad Abdul Rahman al-Mawli al-Salbi becomes the New Leader of the Islamic State, Claims Intelligence agencies

Intelligence Services has identified the new leader of the terrorist organization IS as Aamir Mohammad Abdul Rahman Al Mawli al-Salbi. 'The Guardian' gave this information in its news. In one of its reports, the newspaper quoted officials of two intelligence services as saying that it was one of the founders of IS and that the entire activity of atrocities on Yazidi minorities in Iraq was carried out under his leadership. Apart from this, every incident of terror in the world was under his supervision.

The organization proposed the name of Abu Ibrahim Al Hashimi Al Qureshi as its leader after the death of IS kingpin Abu Bakr al Baghdadi in a Special American Forces attack in October. However, some reviewers believe that the terrorist organization does not want to pose any threat after Baghdadi is killed and that its new kingpin is not known.

Within hours of Baghdadi being killed, Salbi was chosen as the new kingpin. Also, Qureshi is a pseudonym, which has not been confirmed by other donors or intelligence agencies. The report stated that Salby was born into a Turkmen family in the town of Tal Afra, Iraq. He holds a degree in Sharia Law from Mosul University. According to this, in 2004, he was arrested by American forces in Camp Buka Jail, where he met Baghdadi.
