Twitter user BP Singh tweeted this video and described it as the condition of Delhi.

Maharashtra Congress spokesperson Sachin Sawant quoted Ram Kadam's tweet as well as a screenshot of the cleaning given by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation.
