A young man, Giriraj Mali, consumed poison during police custody at Mangrol police station in Baran district in Rajasthan on Wednesday midnight. They both came back to the village on Tuesday night. According to Giriraj's father Pooranmal Mali, after continuous threats, the woman and the boy were presented at Mangrol police station around 2 pm on Wednesday.
After this, Giriraj Mali was stopped by policemen at the police station for questioning. He ate poison there at around 12 in the night. On this, Giriraj Mali was taken to the community health center of Mangrol in a police jeep. Seeing his critical condition there, he was referred to Baran District Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Puranmal Mali told that at 4 am on Thursday, he got a call from the police station saying that Giriraj's health was bad, immediately come to Baran Hospital.
