528 New Cases of Coronavirus Infected Reported in Singapore

On Tuesday, 528 new cases of infected with the corona virus have been reported in Singapore. Most of these cases pertain to foreign workers living in dormitories, including Indians. These sleeping houses have emerged as hotspots of the corona virus in the home country. The Ministry of Health stated that only eight of the new patients are Singaporeans or permanent residents (foreigners). So far, a total of 14,951 cases of corona virus infection have been reported in the country.

Most of the 528 patients found infected on Tuesday are foreign nationals, including Indians, living in sleeping houses. A total of 3,23,000 people live in sleeping houses in Singapore, of which around 3.77 percent i.e. 12,183 people have been found infected with the corona virus.
