38 new positive cases of coronavirus have been reported in the last 19 hours in Karnataka, the highest number of cases in less than a day. A health official said, "353 Corona-positive cases have been confirmed so far. This includes 13 deaths and 82 discharges."
Among the new cases found positive, 31 are men and seven women – including two girls and three boys. Of the new cases, 30 are related to earlier cases, while a 64-year-old woman from Bengaluru also suffers from severe acute respiratory infections. All the new patients have been admitted for treatment in designated hospitals across the state.
