360 New Cases of Corona Infected in Uttar Pradesh, 1230 Migrant Workers found Infected

There have been 360 new cases of corona infected reported in Uttar Pradesh. So far 127 people in the state have lost their lives due to this infection. As many as 1230 migrant workers have been infected with corona and workers from other states of the country in Uttar Pradesh.

Principal Secretary (Medical and Health) Amit Mohan Prasad said, "Currently there are 2130 cases of infected. A total of 3099 people have been discharged from hospitals after treatment. In the last 24 hours, 360 new cases of infection have been reported. "Since the number of migrant workers and workers returning from other states, more cases of infected are also coming up." So far 127 people have died due to this infection.

Amit Mohan Prasad said that ASHA workers went door-to-door with migrant workers and workers and contacted 5 lakh 42 thousand 543 migrant workers and collected samples of 46,142. Of these, 1230 migrant workers were infected. Prasad said that 13,178 people have been kept in separate habitat centers. A total of 6740 samples were tested on Wednesday. He informed that now the number of beds in Covid hospitals has increased to about 78, 500.

Out of them 74 people were found infected, who are undergoing treatment in various hospitals. A total of 42 people have recovered and gone home after treatment and 401 are at segregation centers. Prasad said that so far over three crore 43 lakh 80 thousand people have been surveyed in 68 lakh 72 thousand 936 houses in hotspot and non-hotspot areas and they have been advised on the basis of symptoms.
