During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 27 more people have died and 1347 new cases of infected have been reported. Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Medicine and Health Amit Mohan Prasad said on Friday (July 10) that during the last 24 hours, the number of people died of this virus has increased to 889 with the death of 27 more people infected with COVID-19.

He informed that 1347 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been reported in the state during this period. The total number of people being treated with this disease in the state is 11,024. Apart from this, 21,787 patients have recovered completely and have gone home.

People without mask will be fined Rs. 500 rather than 100

Prasad said that 11,027 people have been kept in isolation ward at this time. Apart from this, 4011 people have been kept in the quarantine facility, whose samples are being investigated. He said that 38,006 samples were tested in the state on Thursday. Amit Mohan Prasad also told that from now on, those who will be found in a public place without wearing a mask will be fined Rs 500 instead of Rs 100.

UP Additional Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi told that all the necessary services will continue during the lockdown and there will be no restrictions on Corona Warriors. The State Road Transport Corporation will ensure arrangements to bring people to and from the railway station. International and domestic flights will also not be banned.
