Lok Sabha elections, the BJP can release its first list of candidates on Tuesday. There is a possibility of a final stamp on the names of candidates in the BJP Central Election Committee meeting. At the BJP headquarters, a meeting is going on in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the party's national president Amit Shah. Seats of 10 states, including Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal, and Odisha, are being discussed.

Earlier, the BJP had also discussed a long discussion on Saturday, March 16 for finalizing the names of the candidates for the Lok Sabha elections, especially the first phase. In the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and party president Amit Shah, various names were discussed in the BJP's Central Election Committee meeting. According to sources, seats in seven states of Bihar, Jammu, and Kashmir, Maharashtra, Telangana, Uttarakhand, and North-East were discussed.

Elections to be held in 7 stages

Election Commission has declared the program for the assembly elections in the Lok Sabha and four states- Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha and Sikkim on March 10. Under this, counting will take place on May 23 after seven phases of polling from April 11 to May 19. It is notable that in 2014, the 16th Lok Sabha election was made in nine phases.

Election process started with the issuance of notification on 18th March for the first phase of polling on April 11 for the first phase. Which will be completed on May 27 after counting on May 23.

Polling for 91 Lok Sabha seats of 20 states in the first phase of Lok Sabha elections will be held on April 11. In the second phase, notification was issued on March 19 for 97 Lok Sabha seats in 13 states, on 18th April. In the third phase, the notification for the proposed voting on April 23 for 115 seats in 14 states will be issued on March 28.

Similarly, in the fourth phase, 71 constituencies of nine states will go to polls on April 2 for the April 2 polling on seven seats in seven seats in seven states on May 6, on April 10, for the sixth phase, seven states Notification will be issued on April 22 for polling on May 12 for 59 seats and on May 16 for the seventh phase and 59 seats for eight states in the state on May 19.
