Two workers died in the accident on Thursday night near Noida police station's Salarpur area. Noida Authority has filed a complaint against the contractor. The police have registered a case of negligence and started investigations. At the same time, the Authority has dismissed its JE Circle Pawan Kumar from the job.
This accident occurred during an excavation of a sewer line constructed from inside the Salarpur DSC rod in Noida sector-39 area. Amit and Salman, residents of Jahangirpur, who were working on the excavation, died last night due to drowning in water during the excavation of the sewer. Police have reached the spot and captured the dead body and sent it for postmortem.

At the same time, the Noida Authority official said that both laborers have died due to the negligence of the contractor. Regarding compensation for workers' death, the authority says that he only compensates on the death of his employee. They do not pay any compensation to the laborers of any contractor.
