198 New Cases of Coronavirus Infected Reported in Madhya Pradesh, Figure Reached 8089

So far, a total of 4,842 patients have been discharged from hospital after treatment and a total of 1,67,808 people have been investigated for Covid-19 in the state so far

On Sunday, 19 new cases of corona virus infected were reported in Madhya Pradesh and thus the figure of Covid-19 infected in the state reached 8,089. Whereas, seven more people have died due to the disease in the state in the last 24 hours, taking the death toll to 350. An official gave this information, he said that during the last 24 hours, three patients have died in Indore, one each in Bhopal, Ujjain, Sagar and Sheopur due to corona virus infection.

The official further said that so far, the maximum number of deaths from corona virus in the state has been in Indore alone, while 57 in Ujjain, 57 in Bhopal, 15 in Burhanpur, 13 in Khandwa, 11 in Khargone, nine in Jabalpur and Dewas, eight-eight in Mandsaur and Sagar, four in Neemuch, three each in Hoshangabad, Dhar and Raisen, two each in Gwalior and Satna, and one-one in  Morena, Barwani, Ratlam, Sheopur, Agar Malwa, Jhabua, Ashoknagar, Chhindwara, Rajgarh, Shajapur , Datia, Umaria, Mandla and Sehore deaths have been reported so far. He said that 55 new cases of corona virus infected have come in Indore in the last 24 hours, while 45 in Bhopal, 12 in Anuppur, 10-10 in Ujjain and Barwani, eight in Sagar, seven in Vidisha and six in Neemuch.

The number of infected has now increased to 3,486 in Indore, while 1,467 in Bhopal, 670 in Ujjain, 238 in Jabalpur, 140 in Khargone, 123 in Dhar, 123 in Gwalior 121, 68 in Raisen, 240 in Khandwa, 302 in Burhanpur, Mandsaur. 92, 92 in Dewas, 37 in Hoshangabad, 205 in Neemuch, 53 in Barwani, 93 in Morena, 56 in Bhind, Sagar 172, 34 in Ratlam and 27 in Vidisha. The official said that in 51 out of 52 districts of the state, people have been found infected with Covid-19 so far.

He said that at present the total active prohibited areas in the entire state are 886. He said that 2,897 people in the state are still in the grip of infection and are being treated in various hospitals. So far, a total of 4,842 patients have been discharged from hospital after treatment and a total of 1,67,808 people have been investigated for Covid-19 in the state so far.
